The Role
Very interesting, dynamic, variety of exercises and tasks
First rotation team made me feel like I'd been there for years. The second rotation team was quite quiet and they weren't very talkative
A lot of help and support, always providing guidance and tips on how to get the task done
Some quiet days, some days where I worked 6am-midnight or 9am-2am. Otherwise generally fairly balanced.
I compiled reports and updates that were sent directly to clients/sovereigns, a lot of responsibility
A lot of soft/transferable skills that will be applicable to any job
The Company
First rotation - a lot of chatter and joking around, amazing. Second rotation - too quiet, people hardly talk to each other there and I found the atmosphere quite strained.
Excellent organisation, most things ran pretty well, on time and well coordinated.
A lot of training, a lot of resources
Company Parties/Events
Hopefully will get a graduate offer!
The Culture
First rotation - a lot of pub outings Second rotation - NONE Interns - a few outings here and there, lunches and BBQs
I live in London anyway, so I didn't find the prices a shock, but I do realise living and going out costs in London are very high
Working til midnight or 2am = no life, no going out in the evenings
Fundraising, charity work
