Responsibilities
Given responsibility when leading trials and communicating to TOs. Also with liaising with teams in different countries for gold production. Not as much with external vendors but with contractors yes. Some time critical tasks some less critical time wise.
Support & Guidance
Good support from manager. People were willing to network and offer advice, especially those that did chemical engineering pHD
Culture
Nice people. All friendly. Good atmosphere generally in the office I'd say.

I enjoyed my time at PepsiCo. I learnt a lot and have gained experience that will be useful for the future.

Practise interviews, technical questions, track time with presenting in interview. Have extra curricular jobs very important and mention in cv and interviews.
