Overview
I have a hybrid role where I work in the Generalist team handling daily casework supporting our employees, and in the Talent Coordination team where I partner with Talent Aqcuisition to hire high level talent into the business by handling talent operations.
Skills
I have grown in many ways both professionally and personally. This includes my confidence, written and verbal communication, time management, role-specific knowledge, commercial awareness, adaptability and much more.
Responsibilities
I have the same level of responsibility as the entirety of my team. I handle my own caseload and requisitions, and even have ownership of two generalist specialisms.
Support & Guidance
I receive lots of support and guidance from both the university program team as well as my own direct team.
Culture
The company culture is amazing, everyone is incredibly welcoming, supporting and willing to help whenever I needed it. There is a lot of effort put into morale so events and lunches are very coming and the environment is a very genuine space.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my internship 100%, it is the best year of industry experience I could have asked for.
