Overview
Developing and maintaining software for trading systems. Maintaining software and modernisation of legacy software.

Responsibilities
I was given significant responsibility leading multiple projects, I learnt to plan and delegate tasks. I wasn't treated as an intern just another member of the team.
Support & Guidance
I would have weekly 1 to 1 with my manager. Even outside that I could reach out to any members of my team whenever needed. Even provided with knowledge sharing sessions from team members and relating team members.
Culture
Very positive culture, with a flat hierarchy, everyone was very friendly and supportive. Intern cohort is like a group of friends you have and there are multiple socials.

To the highest one possible, it was an amazing experience, I really enjoyed it.
