Overview
Meetings with team and others. Gathering requirements and making designs for new developments. Developing code for internal use, testing and deploying this code. Improving current features and resolving code issues.
Skills
Developed all my soft skills a lot Learnt new programming languages l Improved technical skills in docker and kubernetes Greatly improve problem solving skills
Responsibilities
Yes, didn鈥檛 feel like an intern. I got really stuck into it after a few weeks. A lot of responsibilities and control over your own work.
Support & Guidance
Had full support within my team and outside my team. We got assigned buddies and mentors.
Culture
Very welcoming and friendly. Everyone was kind and supportive. Atmosphere is very calm.
Your Impressions
I loved every second of my placement. It was an unforgettable experience. I managed to make great connections with the others interns alongside learning and developing skills from working on meaningful and really interesting projects and tasks.

Don鈥檛 be afraid to ask questions as everyone is very friendly and nice. Enjoy every moment and try to participate in events and clubs as it is great to meet new people and learn more about Nomura as a whole.
