Overview
Running reports for multiple stakeholders round the business on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Developing reports upon requests Making sure that adhocs are completed for those we support in the business Managing the team inboxes

Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a lot of responsibility throughout my placement. A lot of stakeholder management throughout my placement has come with responsibility. Ensuring that their needs are met, whilst balancing when it is appropriate to say "no" to their requests. Furthermore, taking on important reports that need running for the senior stakeholders round the business has been crucial.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support was given consistently throughout my placement. From planned 1-1's with my line manager to the daily team meetings. My team were also amazing at being available both in person and over Teams whenever I needed extra support on a task.
Culture
The company culture was great as there is a lot of flexibility to ensure that you are working in the conditions that fit you personally as well as what aligns with the business' rules. There are a lot of different ERG's too that are very welcoming
Your Impressions
I have really enjoyed my placement, mostly due to the team that I was able to work with. Their support and guidance made my placement both enjoyable and crucial for some hands on business experience
Yes
I would advise them to go into it with an open mind, and push themselves out of their comfort zone to make the most of every opportunity I believe that it would also be beneficial to network with others around the business as that can really help with understanding different roles as well as finding other careers that may be best suited to them..
