Overview
My role requires supporting the HR Operations team, Community and DEI functions. My day-to-day includes various meetings, excel tasks, and collaborative work such as sustainability projects, podcast sessions and ERG discussions.
Skills
Yes definitely, I have developed my communication and presentation skills and I have learnt new skills such as professional resilience and adaptability, and critical thinking and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Yes, a lot. I was given a lot of independent work but also assisted when needed.
Support & Guidance
A lot, my manager was really helpful and supported whenever I needed.
Culture
Amazing, you can't fault the culture at VWFS. That is the selling point of the company for me.
