Overview
Day to day, I help provide valuable insight on the performance of our brands at VWG. This helps identify pinch point areas across the business and brands and helps accelerate actions for the business. Brand Management acts as a conduit between VWFS and the brands at VWG, with the BM team responsible for financial performance across all sales channels.
Skills
Yes, the skills I have learnt would be classified as stakeholder management, commercial awareness, problem solving and this has also built on expanding my analytical skills and ability to present and handle data.
Responsibilities
Yes I have been given plenty of responsibility. When one of the BDMs exited the team, I was given the opportunity to step in the interim and create meaningful relationships with our clients the brands at VWG, particularly for SEAT CUPRA.
Support & Guidance
I have been given plenty of support both from senior leadership members, as well as the role of mentors coming from other departmental areas.
Culture
Great company culture and one that fosters young talent development.
