Overview
Hearing from employees at the bank and external speakers on the different divisions, with interactive exercises and panel sessions. There was also a group exercise on the last day of the task.
Skills
The group project was a good opportunity to work on time management, communication and collaborative skills. I felt that the week really helped to develop my confidence and general commercial knowledge of the industry.
Business Insight
The sessions gave an in-depth overview of all sessions, with many opportunities to ask questions.
Culture
There was a very supportive atmosphere.

I really enjoyed this insight programme, as I felt it was an excellent learning opportunity and gave me the chance to meet many employees in different areas of the bank.
