Overview
We got to hear about the different aspects of the bank. Thereafter, we got the opportunity to talk to employees of the bank to better understand what the day to day was like. Moreover, we also spent some time working on specific cases and presenting them after. Finally, we had a group case study at the end of the week which was used to access our competencies.
Skills
I learnt many soft skills such as networking and communicating with other participants. Moreover, I was also better equipped to express myself. Finally, I was also provided with a confidence workshop which taught me how to be more confident and combat imposter syndrome.
Business Insight
it was very fulfilling and enjoyable. It gave me a much clearer idea of what I wanted to pursue in the future. More than that, I understood what I needed to do to prepare myself for my career.
Culture
The company had a very friendly culture, more than that, it has a strong environment of collaboration and entrepreneurship.
