Overview
On a day to day basis we learned about different divisions of the bank, which is investment banking origination & advisory, fixed income currencies, corporate bank and technology. We attend sessions that introduces us to DB鈥檚 strategy and offerings. We are also involved in panel discussions with graduates and employees of DB.
Skills
Yes, the greatest skill that I have developed is networking. We attended many networking sessions and I learned how to converse in a corporate setting, and also be more confident.
Business Insight
It makes me excited and looking forward to joining the roles of DB. I really liked the people and culture here.
Culture
The culture is professional but also very supportive in terms of the assistance that will be given to juniors. DB does a lot in investing in young talents. The general atmosphere is very friendly.

Be authentic and do a lot of research into the bank. Also network with the people, they are very kind and helpful.
