Business Insight
It was a good experience and you got a good overview of the different divisions in a bank.
Culture
It had a good culture, all the employees I spoke to were lovely and happy to speak to us. The early careers team was also lovely.
Your Impressions
It was a great experience to learn more about the bank and different roles available. I like how it was tailored to your interests , but it also meant that if you changed your mind about divisions it might be a bit tricky to switch.

- do research in the bank鈥檚 values, strengths, recent deals - look into the camera for HireVue - have good commercial awareness - practice some online assessments beforehand
