More clarity could have been given on specific sub teams and roles on the program however it provided profound insights into the subdivisions within IB.

Very positive, flat, open and accepting. There is a lot of internal mobility and you can shape your career into the way you want.

Greatly. The social was very fun and you had ample opportunities to network with your cohort. They clearly invest a lot into their early careers.
