Overview
Each day, we had the opportunity to hear from the professionals within the divisions at Fidelity. There were a range of group challenges and activities that simulated the role of the divisions. There were also opportunities to meet recent graduates and ask them questions about their career.
Skills
I gained lots of new knowledge about the asset management industry. Also developed teamwork and presentation skills.
Business Insight
It was very insightful as it cleared up my confusions about the roles of different divisions. I also gained a better feeling for what I would enjoy working in.
Culture
Everyone was extremely friendly, made sure that I felt welcome and comfortable to express my ideas.
