Overview
The first day was virtual, second and third was in-person. Every day, we were given introductions to each of Fidelity's practice areas. Afterwards, we were given group case study challenges based on the practice areas. We also had networking opportunities with Fidelity employees and graduates.
Skills
I come from a non-finance background, so the training was very insightful for me. I learnt a lot about markets, equity and debt. I also learnt practical skills such as stock pitching.
Business Insight
The employees at Fidelity gave a comprehensive and engaging overview of each of the practice areas Fidelity offers. Culture
Everyone was very nice and engaged in the programme!
