Overview
Drug administration, documentation, referrals,medication order. Helping HCAs in providing personal care.
Skills
Venapuncture, ECG, administartion of controlled drugs.
Responsibilities
Some placements let me know more things than others.
Support & Guidance
I always had very helpful people around me, so I always had a good support system.
Culture
Generally was fine. At some places I felt like the sisters are not that helpful and not that easy to approach them but most of the time they were fine. Atmosphere were good everywhere.
