Overview
2 days of activities including general information about the organisation, personal development sessions, discussion/debate with the final activity involving planning and delivering a short lesson.
Skills
The programme helped me to identify weaknesses in my own skillset and allowed me to explore how these may be improved moving forwards. For me, this was communication.
Business Insight
Information given is clear and concise. If you were to pursue a career at TeachFirst after the session you would be well informed as to what the future would hold for you, and what to expect.
Culture
Atmosphere was accommodating and friendly, with staff more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Your Impressions
I did enjoy the two days, perhaps not what I am looking for in my career at this stage, but the programme did benefit me in other areas, and the organisation is an admirable one.

Have an open mind and be inquisitive, ignore any preconceptions you may have about teaching as a profession.
