Overview
It was an online insight, and we had a panel discussion with some current employees who discussed their qualifications and progression. Then we had a seminar from a senior manager who discussed his own progression, which was also very helpful.
Skills
I learned more about the Bank of England and the application process, and my desire to work there was strengthened.
