Overview
Plenty of different workshops and insight activities that give you a general overview of the sector in general while also letting you explore different departments within your chosen division in the bank.
Skills
Encourages creativity and resilience through different workshops.
Business Insight
It was an amazingly informative event which gave a lot of information on a wide range of different roles available within the bank.
Culture
Really seemed like they cared a lot about diversity and also the well being of their staff and us interns.
