Talks about different business areas, case studies, workshops with community affairs, brainteasers, networking opportunities, insight into UBS' recent activities

Developed understanding of UBS' business model, learned about financial markets and basics of M&A evaluation techniques, learned about proper interview conduct

Very interesting and fascinating talks with MDs, Analysts, and other roles in the firm, mentally stimulating discussions and Q&As, relaxed atmosphere but yet professional

Atmosphere seemed relaxed but yet professional, emphasis was put on support and learning opportunities for graduates, open to challenging thoughts and involvement of employees
Your Impressions
The insight was enjoyable in the sense that it offered a broad insight into the firm and introduced me to new roles I have not thought of before. It encouraged me to reconsider my future career development.
Yes
Be as open and honest as possible and genuine about your interests. Especially degree backgrounds that are underrepresented in finance are welcomed at UBS and therefore I encourage everyone interested to give it a shot. Other than that prepare for online assessments and the video interview stage, no technicals are required but a giving your experiences a good thought will help.
