Overview
The taster session of the interview involved participating in activities where we discussed the inequalities within education and what measures can be taken to solve these issues. Each session centred around developing the competencies and skills required to work effectively at Teach First. These included debates, planning and delivering a mini lesson and coming up with our own solutions to issues in education
