The Role
The virtual summer internship was very well planned & executed by the campus recruitment team. There was numerous networking opportunities & we were encourage to learn more about the different lines of business within DB
Through the countless networking sessions, I, personally was able to grow my network & establish new connections. Throughout my internship, I was given valuable pieces of advice & pointed in the right direction whenever I asked a question. DB has a rich inclusive culture where everyone is ready & willing to help.
It was a very well balanced structure to our work days during the internship. They were jam packed with sessions to network & learn more about the bank - you were intellectually stimulated and encouraged to grow as an individual & as a professional.
During the internship, campus recruitment made sure there were activities such as group projects which helped the intern class showcase what they have learnt & also suggest new innovative solutions to problems faced within DB.
This internship has greatly developed my communication skills as I had the opportunity to network with individuals from different cultures & lines of businesses. I am returning to university with a greater level of maturity & a stronger work ethic.
