I really enjoyed the the insight program. It was fulfilling both in a professional and personal way, as I learned a lot about the job and company, but also about myself and team members I worked with.

I felt constantly valued by the firm. Besides the fact that the company took care of my traveling and accommodation, they also took care of me on place. Members of the company made sure everything was okay, with one personally and within their teams.

There was guidance in the beginning of the program regarding the tasks that were done later in the program. This was very helpful. During our projects we also received guidance from more experienced workers.

The skills and information I received were to some extent repetition to me, and won't therefore assist me that much in my academic world. However, people skills and information about the company will be very valuable in building my future career.

I think everything else was well structured, expect the part where the networking was made a bit competitive amongst attendees. Even though I personally didn't take stress about it, some people were meeting with tens of people just to 'win', which is unpractical.

The atmosphere in our group was to my experience very good throughout the whole program. I also believe several people made several good friends during the program.

We were isolated into one room, which was not maybe that realistic in terms of how the job would really be, but otherwise I got a lot of understanding of the actual job and the people in the company.

Extremely helpful, a positive surprise!
