About You
Learned A LOT during the past two weeks - met brilliant people and got an interesting insight on how a big global firm like Goldman Sachs operates
Felt very valued - incredibly sweet Graduate Recruiting team who made us feel heard and valued throughout the two weeks.
I received a lot of useful guidance and support, whether it be from structured programs (eg. Sponsor circles) and spontaneous 'pep talks' from my peers and the Human Capital Management Team.
Developed extremely useful skills during the two weeks (introduction to valuation techniques such as past transactions, DCF...), improvement of my presentation and network skills...) + Received a lot of information on the different divisions/teams and workings of an investment bank like GS (eg. Chinese Wall concept)
The Company
Very structured insight program - we received very detailed schedules at the beginning of each week. Our time here was very 'optimized' - our free-time was always filled up with group projects or coffee chats !
Good and inspiring ! - Competitive but in a positive way.
We received a lot of technical training at the beginning of the program(one day and a half out of the ten days of the program)
Got a deep understanding of what a career in Investment Banking would look like !
Everything Else
Many firmwide and smaller-sized networking opportunities
