  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I really enjoyed the internship. I have enjoyed the work that I was tasked with as well as the social activities that were on. I enjoyed the responsibility that I was given for the work that i was completing as well as the training opportunities to learn on the job.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I felt valued by my colleagues since they were always ready to help me out if i ever got stuck. They were also happy to answer questions that i had and they made sure that I had appropriate work to complete. They were very friendly and easy to work with.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was given good support and guidance by my managers. They explained the tasks well and made sure that i understood what i was doing and how it would help the firm out. They were good with helping with any issues I had as well as any questions that i had.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I was usually busy on a daily business. I was busy enough to not realise where time was going. The resourcing team were great to make sure that i had things to do and if there was a drop in work then it was easy to find things to do in the office from other people.

  • I was given appropriate responsibility during my placement. I was responsible for the tasks that I was given and also visiting clients and sitting in meetings.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The training that I received will help my after my degree studies since they will help me when i return to the firm after graduation. The soft skills around time management and task prioritisation will also help me in my studies and beyond. The confidence that i built in the working world will also help me in the future.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The general atmosphere was good. The colleagues are friendly and nice to work with as well as having the usual office chat. There is a weekly office quiz which is also fun to take part in. The office is clean and tidy and has a hot desk system which means its easy to find somewhere to sit.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • The overall work placement was very well organised. It started with an off site residential with training and an opportunity to meet other interns around the country. Then there was office training. This was followed by having a buddy and a career coach for guidance and making sure youre getting the best out of the internship.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The company invested a lot in me. It gave me a lot of training to make sure that i was able to complete the tasks that i had to do. It allowed me to develop the skills that are needed for this job. The firm invests in you to make sure you can deliver.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • The future employment prospects within the firm are very good. I received a graduate offer which i will be accepting. The ability to progress seems clear and transparent. This means that it is easy to plan where you could potentially be in a few years. The firm also offers further training opportunities in the future.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement 西瓜视频s/colleagues?
  • There was a good social scene among interns and normal colleagues. The interns all got on so this made it easy to work with each other. We usually had lunch together if we were in the office. The other colleagues also invited us to the social events in the office.

  • I am not from the area so I cannot comment on this.

  • There were opportunities to get involved outside the office which I will try to get involved with when i return.
