The Role
It was a really enriching and enjoyable experience. The projects are interesting and I was given the opportunity to try many different tasks.
The colleagues are very encouraging and the feedback system works pretty effective.
The colleagues are very supportive and nice. They are willing to take the extra mile to guide me throughout my internship, in terms of both technical and non-technical stuff.
It varies very much throughout the internship, depending on whether I was on a project or not.
The responsibility given to me was more than I expected. Usually, I was given the opportunity to think of the approach and take the ownership of my task.
The skills I developed here was not so relevant to my degree studies. I considered it as a complement of what my uni taught me. The most important lesson I learned from the internship was to strike a balance between accuracy and efficiency when dealing with qualitative tasks and making sensible decisions.
The Company
The office was being 're-imagined' during my internship. The 're-imagined' floors looks really nice and conducive.
It was pretty organised and we were given sufficient support from the resourcing team.
The company spends quite a lot of time giving us training, from strategy thinking to skills briefing, to firm understanding.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Travel loan
I think our team have a very bright employment prospect.
The Culture
Yes, people are really social and nice to one another.
It was a bit expensive since it is a tourist site.
I am not so interested in this, and not so sure.
Yes, there were social events every week.
