The Role
I have thoroughly enjoyed it since it has been a wonderful, rewarding experience that has taught me a lot.
In general I felt very well valued by my colleagues, however there were times I felt less so due to unforeseen circumstances. In general, I would say it depended on the situation. In most scenarios they didn't feel like colleagues, but friends.
Constantly as I felt that my voice was being heard.
On average I was quite busy, but as in every scenario there were the outliers where I had days which were free since it was during the summer which is the period when things tend to quiet down.
I was given quite a lot of responsibility during my internship, but it depended on the occasion.
I have become more focused and more efficient when it comes to time management as I have now realized that the time spent on tasks could be halved if 110% of my attention is given there.

Very well organised. Two rotations in two months were a good idea.
They invested a lot as they make you feel that they want you to be here.
