The Role
Very enjoyable - I got given a lot of responsibility and learned very quickly during my both placements. People were extremely nice and helpful.
People really wanted to get me involved and were always keen to meet and provide help.
Every time I asked for help, I was given it.
In my first rotation I was sometimes not busy at all, and in the second rotation I was very busy. However, I liked being very busy because that is when i learned a lot.
As the internship went on, I was given more and more responsibility and in the end I ended up doing most of the analysis to one of my projects.
The skills I have learned will definitely help me in my furthers studies and beyond; all the formatting, analysis, data sourcing, communications etc skills are very valuable and I could not think of a better way to learn them.
The Company
Very nice and friendly.
Very nicely organised with various events to get to know people as well as many support networks.
Very much individual mentoring and feedback sessions - also great training and possibility to meet senior bankers.
Subsidised Canteen

Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Very appealing - the firm is an industry leader and provides really exciting projects to get involved with.
The Culture
Absolutely, we were very close to each other.
Rather expensive, but not the worst in London.
I did not go out that much but many people did.
