The Role
- People are great - Work environment is absolutely fantastic and lovely - Responsibility given since day 1 is huge, differently from other places' internships
- Colleagues treat us like real analysts and not summer interns - People are extremely approachable and friendly - Learning environment
- Approachable colleagues - Learning curve potentiated by the people around who are always willing to guide and teach us
- Super busy but able to manage time - Right amount and pace of workload
- Lots of responsibility since day 1 - Treated as an analyst rather than a summer intern - Exposure is great
- More than assisting me as a 西瓜视频, the skills I got in this job will allow me to become a successful professional in the future
The Company
- Friendly - Transparent and open - Team driven
- Super well organized - Skill sessions on a weekly basis - Industry / expertise sessions - Orientation from HR was great and supportive - Mentorship and buddy programmes extremely well designed
- Invests a lot - All conferences put together were extremely helpful for my personal development - Mentors and buddies' guidance is crucial - Colleagues' time and support became key for professional learning curve
