The Role
I really liked this experience - everyone here has been extremely helpful and welcoming, helping me out whenever I needed and teaching me a lot both from a professional and personal point of view. The internship was structured in a balanced way between work and training, allowing us to make the most of the time at the firm.
It really depends on the team you are in and on the situation - of course when you are actually working you feel valued by your team, but on other occasions of everyday life at the office there was just a friendly environment.
They gave me a lot of support both from a professional and personal point of view.
Actually not as busy as expected - it depends a lot on the day and on the kind of project you are working on.
I was given average responsibility in my opinion - also in this case it depends a lot on the task you are on.
I think the skills I developed during the summer will help me a lot in the next academic year, especially in terms of soft skill, like teamwork, responsibility, attention to detail, commitment, communication.
The Company
Positve, focused, on some occasions laid-back but mostly results-driven atmosphere.
Each activity was well organized and helpful. We had a lot of trainings and meetings to meet senior people and make the most of the experience.
In my opinion it invested a lot on us but the training could have been more effective and more specific on the kind of programs/activity one has to deal with daily at the desk. I think they were a bit too general.

Company Parties/Events
I'd really love to go on working for the firm.
The Culture
Very good - we were encouraged to network a lot and to make friends and meet new people.
Pretty high especially in terms of housing and travelling (underground, cabs etc.)
I did not experience a lot of nightlife but I assume it is pretty satisfying.
Plenty of opportunities - in London there's always something you can do and everyone is very inclusive.
