- Culture is really welcoming - Everyone is willing to give feedback - Told about the impact your work will have and the value it is bringing to your team/PwC and the client
Support throughout the process, always felt as if I could ask questions to my manager. People manager's and buddies are a good initiative providing a good point of call for the process, and provide guidance on everything from general PwC questions, to questions about your tasks.
There were waves of busy periods, as with most consulting work.
More responsibility than I thought I would get as an intern. Responsible for a variety of tasks, and talking to clients and attending client meetings.
The skills I've developed will definitely assist me in future working prospects, and also with my degree studies. I've improved my communication skills.
The Company
Busy and stressful periods at times, but the team were all very supportive of each other through these times and ensured a work-life balance.
Very well organised from the start and maintained throughout!
Lots of training and development on offer.
Travel loan
High attrition rate to graduate scheme.
The Culture
Yes at times.
London so expensive
Good fun
