The Role
This summer internship exceeded my expectations by far! I learned a lot about the firm, the job and myself. It was an incredibly valuable experience and I cannot believe it's over so quickly.
PwC Recruiters have done their job very well. Every single person I met and interacted with was very welcoming, approachable and friendly. I am very pleased to say that I will be leaving this internship with a lot of good friends from all grades.
They all made sure I had everything I needed to make the most out of my internship and they made themselves available at all times, in the event that I had any queries or needed advice. From the very beginning, I felt encouraged and empowered to pursue and seize new opportunities because of this network of support I had with me.
It varied from one day to another. There were times when I didn't have a set task and I was free to choose which work I wanted to take on, which was exciting and empowering. There were also times when I was given time-pressured tasks, which was incredible as well, as I felt like I had contributed a lot of value to the work of my team!
This also varied. I had tasks which required that I seek the guidance of overs in order to understand the content or the skills required to complete it, but there were also times when I was in charge of coming up with an internal marketing strategy and mapping the logistics of that for the next year, which really did make me feel like I was running the show.
Everything I learned during this internship was immensely valuable. I learned practical transferable skills, from making Roadmaps on Excel to collaborating across the entire G-suite, as well as soft people skills, like how to network efficiently or how to be a responsible leader for a presentation. Most importantly, I gained a lot of confidence in my own capabilities, which will be incredibly valuable for my future growth, both professionally and personally.
The Company
The office environment was perfectly balanced! There is a lot of open space and big tables, so that you can sit together and collaborate or share ideas or just chat. It greatly enhances social interactions and I really bonded with the colleagues that I sent next to, no matter what grade or project they were on.
It was great! The induction ran smoothly and so did the rest of the internship until the very end.
I felt like a valuable treasure throughout the whole time! I was really impressed and touched by how much time and resources the firm and its people invested in me and it making sure that I had everything I needed at all times!

I would like nothing else but to continue working for this firm! I have enjoyed every moment of it and would feel honoured to have an opportunity to do this in the future.
The Culture
The induction provided the perfect setting for all the new intakes of this summer internship to get to know each other well. Ever since, we have only got closer and we are now very good friends, even though most of us work from different offices across the country.
It was very reasonable and affordable. We were also given a lot of opportunities to socialise within the firm as well, at networking events, presentations or workshops.
Perfect! There are loads of cool bars and restaurants near the office, which make for great venues to bond with colleagues on a Friday evening.
Yes! There was an internal competition among all of the interns, which gave us the unique chance to work with each other and also present to Partners. There were also plenty of workshops, inductions and meetings, which was a great opportunity to meet new people and they often ended in socials as well.
