The Role
It was a very enjoyable internship where I have learned a lot throughout the entire time through handling substantial responsibilities within the project.
I was given responsibilities to handle certain areas by myself where I've proven that I could be trusted with the work.
Support and guidance was always given if you showed initiative and interest to know about the subject. If they weren't able to give the support, they would always direct you to someone who could.
It depends on the status of the project - If the project needed a lot of support, it would be very busy.
I was given substantial responsibility - It depends on the level of technical knowledge required on that area.
I have mainly developed interpersonal skills which will help as I proceed with my career.
The Company
Everyone was very friendly and supportive in the office - but everyone tends to be very busy and are not often in the office.
The entire structure was very well setup - but they could give earlier notice in terms of the timeline and what was
There was a three-day induction at the beginning of the internship which was a great networking opportunity. Other than that, there were no further training.
National Travel
Working from home
The graduate program seems to be really good with great career progression and opportunities.
The Culture
There are a lot of bars nearby for after work drinks.
There are quite a number of opportunities, especially for associates, but you would have to take initiative. Not many falls within the internship period due to summer holidays.
