The Role
A lot - it was really interesting and I learnt a huge amount
The people at PwC are amazing!
My people manager and buddy really helped me feel supported.
Some days more than others, and got busier as I learnt more over time.
I had to seek out responsibility, and was not given it without asking for it. But once I learnt to ask for it, I got it
it helped me gain confidence, business acumen and a good working schedule
The Company
could be stressed, could be chilled
we got a lot of things quite last minute so it got stressful at the end
the beginning we had a lot of training, but not a huge amount after that.
We got offered a job, but transferring into a different area of the business is difficult.
The Culture
We organised some socials, and I was invited to a few by my buddy
very expensive, and the pay wasn't great to cover it.
I didn't try going out much as it was too expensive
there's loads of opportunities but they are very expensive
