The Role
The people are lovely and they made the experience enjoyable for me but there was too little work to do and didn't gain as much of an insight or responsibility as I expected
All my colleagues were welcoming and happy to have me, but I felt under valued due to the lack of work therefore am not contributing anything to the team
My people manager and buddy were very nice and supporting throughout my time here
Most days consisted of me trying to find something to do, only a few days was I given tasks to do
As much work wasn't given, there wasn't a lot of responsibility
I have gained many skills through training that'd aid me in the job but not sure if it'll aid me in further studies
The Company
Quite lovely and enjoyable environment
A lot of shadowing was arranged at the start but towards the end there wasn't much for me to do and nothing was planned either
My buddy did invest a lot of time to make sure if any work was given to us I'd be able to complete it but it's a shame there was no work for me to do
Flexi Time
Above 25 days holiday
Very appealing
The Culture
All us interns got on very well and created a group where we organised events. This made the internship a lot easier
