The Role
I get the chance to work on different types of jobs. All the team members are very supportive and attempt to explain the task to me in great detail.
The team members always made me feel that I have made important contribution to their work.
My supervisors always explains to me why I am given the task, what is the context and how can I get the work done.
I get to go to work at 9 am and get off work at 5 pm. The balance there is just perfect.
Though the responsibilities I was given is not complex tasks but they are important parts of the whole workflow.
I learnt both soft and hard skills that I believe will be of great value to me both now and future.
The Company
The general atmosphere is very cosy and people are very friendly. We have regular social event in the office as well.
The internship allows me to experience different lines of work as well as sectors within assurance.
I was give three days induction at the beginning of the internship to allow me to familiar with the system the firm uses. Besides, I received a lot of coaching from my colleagues throughout my whole internship.

Based on the working environment and general support I get, it is appealing to me.
The Culture
yes, there is. We have regular social event organised within the company.
Manchester is generally much cheaper than in London, the place I had my university study.
I don't really know because I like stay at home after work.
We were give a lots of opportunities to get involved in the activities outside the work. For instance, we have a two day long away day in York.
