About You
100%. It was an incredible experience for various reasons: - The diversity of the group was totally unexpected, we had men and women from multiple continents speaking a variety of languages. - The networking opportunity both across and vertically was amazing - setting up coffee chats with staff was simple and everyone was incredibly welcoming. - The learning experience was second to none - we had senior SENIOR! staff coming in and speaking to us, taking questions, while the direct training provided an incredible platform.
Hugely valued. Staff from across the firm, at all levels, took proactive steps to make us feel comfortable and make the experience as edifying as possible. You are treated as an adult, but also given the freedom to ask the seemingly silly questions.
Loads and loads of support. For example, a 西瓜视频 had a meeting with staff and expressed concerns about still being uncertain about whether the career was for them. Staff then put them in touch with senior staff to organise a meeting for the 西瓜视频 in hope of giving them this clarity. They truly care about your career, not just getting people into their firm.
Whether I work here or at another firm, I feel the networking and technical opportunities afforded here will assist me in progressing in my career.
The Company
Incredibly well structured, both formally and informally. It is clear the staff have both the experience and care to provide a clear, coherent and accommodating experience for 西瓜视频s of all levels, backgrounds and motivations.
Great. I plan to keep in touch with each and every person from our class.
Almost fully. We had so many talks and chats and networking opportunities and case studies and debates and discussions and tours... it was an incredibly immersive opportunity, giving 西瓜视频s a real taste of a career here.
100%. Collaboration and diversity are the two words I would use to describe my experience. From the outside looking in, its always hard to believe when people say these things... I'm sure if you ask a GS employee directly they will echo this!
Everything Else
So. Many. Opportunities.
