About You
The spring week has been an amazing experience and I can strongly recommend it to anyone interested in Investment Banking
The extensive training and all of the people that took their time to present to us really made me feel valued during the program.
The HR team and also the people that I have met during the two weeks have been extremely supportive and have been glad to answer any question I might have had.
Since I have a finance background there was some overlap in the training with my studies, but I still feel like I have learned so much about the work and improved various skills such as how to communicate effectively which will be useful both in my studies and beyond.
The Company
Very structured with a clear schedule for each day during the program
The atmosphere both between the interns and within the firm in general was great. I look forward to stay in touch with all the interns
We had extensive training and great presentations which all added value to the program and to my personal development
Especially the presentations from people of different seniority really helped me understand what it might be like to work at the firm
The program definitely helped me understand the culture of the firm, especially the networking opportunities was of great value
The program enhanced my desire to start my career in investment banking

A very seamless process for both payment and reimbursement for expenses
A lot of opportunities to meet people from different teams and of different seniority, both through scheduled events and through own networking
Great, I especially appreciate the fact that a lot of senior bankers took their time to meet us
A lot of people mentioned or talked about that during presentations
I would definitely recommend the program to anyone interested in investment banking
