About You
This was an ample opportunity! I have had an amazing time, learning about the different Investment bank divisions, industries, regions and responsibilities. I highly enjoyed the whole programme. Not only did I learn more than anywhere else, but I also met amazing people and got to know the culture of the company.
I felt very good in the company, I was given many opportunities and challenges to prove myself. Everyone was treated equally and was respected. Whenever I had an issue, the problem was addressed immediately.
The support was excellent during the insight. Not only were we given buddies, but also Spring Captains and HR support all the team. I felt that I could always approach everyone.
I study Economics, Management and Computer Science and I am certain that my organisational, time-management, analytical skills and team-work improved over the weeks. These skills would enhance my performance at the university.
The Company
HR did the marvelous job! I am impressed of how consistent and well-structured was the programme. I found that we had a good balance of free time and insightful classes.
People who came to the programme were really bright, but also very supportive at the same time. I met amazing people who I wish to stay in touch! I loved the atmosphere.
I think it invested more than enough, I felt really appreciated and exposed to many chances to develop my skills and interests.
Meeting a variety of people inside of the firm, exposure to the different subjects and case studies gave me an in-depth understanding.
I understood how diverse the company is. It invests in people from different background, countries and experience and it motivates to pursue a career in banking with such values.
I am motivated to further pursue the investment banking division and I am ready to educate myself more and challenge. I found it very insightful of what investment banking looks like and what responsibilities it bears.
Everything Else
There were ample opportunities to network! I met amazing - analysts, associates and VPs... I
The networking event opportunities were on point! I met people who I would love to keep in touch and interact with. People in the company are very sharp, passionate and motivational.
Yes, I am aware that employees have a lot of activities and are engaging outside of the firm.
I would absolutely recommend this insight to a friend - you learn a lot, you are challenged all the time and the amazing atmosphere you have here is exceptional. If you want to learn about investment banking, there is no better place.
