The program was very insightful and enjoyable for our cohort of interns. Two weeks was definitely a good length for us to explore the firm better and create our network.

I have definitely felt very valued as Goldman Sachs have invested a lot of time and effort to prepare this spring program for all of us. The care and attention given to every single detail was meticulous and the HRs have been always available and ready to answer our questions.

I felt very supported with the Buddies that we were allocated. I was able to email them and call them if needed and a friendly open line of communication was established. Throughout the first week, we also had an accountant who taught a basic clash course. However we did not have a lot of guidance throughout the case studies.

These two weeks were extremely valuable for my self-development and growth. The program brought together very high caliber people who made the environment stimulating and vibrant. In such an environment I have learnt to always walk the extra mile and be driven by my genuine interest in Finance.

The insight was extremely well structured. The schedule for the two weeks was definitely the perfect balance for us to work hard and be relaxed at the same time. As a matter of fact, thanks to the HRs' organization, we were even able to meet Partners and MDs from Goldman Sachs.

The company has definitely invested a lot in our cohort of spring interns. For this reason, we are asked for feedback for future improvements.

I was able to truly experience the culture in the company by hanging out with current analysts and it has felt like a very familiar environment.
