About You
This experience went beyond my expectations. I was hoping to discover new divisions, to learn more about how works an investment bank and that was definitely case. It went beyond my expectations because I had the opportunity to speak with many analysts working in different divisions.
The analysts and associates I had the opportunity to meet were really approachable. In that sense, I felt valued not as a stranger intern but just as a curious intern that wanted to know more. The women event and the VP circles were also an 2 great experiences.
The schedule was really well structured,we got a lot of networking time, many conferences. I also had an amazing buddy who introduced me to many analysts and associates working in different divisions which was really rewarding experience.
I learned a lot through the case studies, the personal and professional experiences of analysts, associates, MD and VP that came to speak to us and share their experience with us during these 2 weeks.
The Company
The insight was well structured. Different conferences, interventions, women events.
Thanks to the case studies the valuation courses, the daily debate, spending a weekend all together led to a really good atmoshpere.
The firm invest a lot to allow us to discover many thinks about what it means to be a bank, how it works.
Through these 2 weeks I had the opportunity to speak with many professionals, trying to understand their daily work. The case studies were also really helpful and interesting in terms of practice, since we don't do case studies at university but only theory.
6 months before the insight, I had the opportunity to meet professional working for the firm, who already told me some values of the firm. But being at the bank directly was really helpful do understand the culture of the bank, and to see it by myself.
During these 2 weeks I discovered many interesting teams, divisions. I can't say that I decide on my future career path but I know that I want to keep discovering through longer internships the investment banking division
Everything Else
thanks a lot for everything
I had an amazing buddy who introduce me to many professionals
