About You
Two challenging weeks, meeting top IB professionals, working with a panel of international 西瓜视频s with different backgrounds, with interviews for the summer internship.
GS invest a lot on its spring/summer interns. They want you to get a deeper understanding investment banking reality so you can assess if you are able to handle it and if you really want to work in this environment.
You are introduced to buddies who will answer all your questions and guide you through the firm. Also you meet people from many divisions so you can figure out where you would like to start you would like to start your career.
During the spring internship (2 weeks) you get a really deep insight of what investment banking is really so you can better understand how it is working from the inside.
The Company
The programme is intense but well structure to allow you to discover but to assess you in many ways. You assist to conferences, you participate to case studies, you are involved in debate, and have also networking session.
You will be surprised to be with open minded interns that are very curious and really motivated to get their offer but not in a negative and competitive way. You will make real friends there.
- insight meetings - personal development lectures - accounting and financing courses - networking event - paid internship - the travel is fully paid - provided accommodations
It is a deep insight into how an investment bank operates. It is the best way to get an overview of all IB jobs and career paths you can chose.
Everything Else
You will be reimbursed commuting fees from the airport/train station to the hotel.
Most of full time employees will find some times to meet the interns an discuss with them of any topics, sharing their experiences at the banking and advising them.
I would recommend this insight to anyone interested in investment banking but who does not know all the opportunities offered by this type of company.
