About You
The program is really intensive, but at the same time you can learn a lot about the company and the market
Everyone is so willing to help and they truly treat you as an employee.
Everyone is assigned a buddy and my buddy is really nice and helps me a lot.
I would say apart from the technical knowledge, my team work skills and the ability to work under pressure are enhanced to a large extent.
The Company
the insight is structured really nicely. For example, every session will followed by a workshop and that really help explain things.
it seems like everyone in the company is willing to challenge themselves constantly and willing to share their experience.
the company treats me as a real employee. I think that would explain how the firm invests in me.
There are lots of overview session. But i would say that a job shadowing experience would be helpful.
there are lots of networking sessions and we could actually feel the culture.
the insight is all about one division but still provide a good amount of information for me.
Everything Else
I would say the salary of this program is really competitive.
actually you can reach out anyone in the firm if you like.
the networking culture is really the basis of the firm.
we had a whole session to talk about activities beyond the desk.
definitely i would recommend this to my friends because i really learned a lot.
