About You
I loved it! Everybody is eager to teach you, you learn so quickly. HR is super helpful. They are legitimately there so your internship goes well and so you have the best possible chance of an offer. Its not a competitive situation (e.g. dog eat dog world) as they make it clear that if everyone is good, everyone will get an offer. Its about being the best possible version of yourself
Everyone was available to talk to you, provided their schedule favoured it. There were so many programs that made me feel like i was wanted there
Literally everyone is available to help you. Reach out! They also come around for sessions to find out how you are doing
I learned networking skill, and time management. Really important for life.
The Company
It was so organised that you knew what you were to do per time and what was expected of you
Very relaxing. You feel a part of the firm. The atmosphere was collegiate and friendly
We werent allowed on the floors, but that didnt stop us from learning about what went on there. There were also other sessions that werent business related alone but life related
I know more of what to expect and I want to come back for Summer
The whole program really shows you how the company culture is
Incredibly valuable. I have decided this is what i want
Everything Else
Adequately reimbursed for the two weeks, in my opinion to be honest
Loads of opportunities. They really wanted us to meet people
Really good. I talked to so many people and they were all friendly
There are a lot of things outside work that you can do: volunteering, sports etc
I have already recommended it to all my friends interested
