I really enjoyed the insight - well structured 10 days with a lot of information provided and different trainings, while still allowing time for different exercises and assessment points. It really is a great experience to decide whether working in an investment bank is something you would like to do going forward.

Everyone is very talkative and welcoming. Obviously, employees are also working, but I never felt that I wasn't welcome to ask them something or talk about how they feel working here. While working on assignments during the program, you also sit at a desk in the office allowing you to get the full understanding of how it is to work in the individual division.

Guidance was available at all time during the spring week. Both via email and verbally with colleagues and coordinators. Everyone was very helpful as well and really seemed to care about us understanding the specific topic. Also prior to the spring week, communication was very clear and responses were given rapidly.

Regardless of whether I will be an investment banker or not going forward, the skills we received were very valuable. Multiple sessions were given on topics relevant to investment banking, but also provided a more basic understanding of the financials market. Furthermore, sessions on how to present and nail an interview were given.

It was very well structured throughout the whole week.

The general atmosphere during my insight was really good and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very welcoming and helped out whenever one was in need of help. Additionally, colleagues ensured that we would not stay too late and emphasized that there was no need to leave them with a good perception of yourself.
