    • Depending on the day, I would have a lot of work or some time left for personal development.

    • I wasn't directly supervised, the customer relations ware all my responsibility.

    • I have learnt a lot of the skills unavailable to a typical mechanical engineer

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • The atmosphere was amazing, a lot of opportunities to socialise with both the members of my own department and the management in an informal setting

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?

    • The internship pwas very well organised: a structured training, opportunity to try another role and to teach new hires and customers.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • The company invested a lot in our training in the first training period, although I would prefer more structured training later in the course of the internship. If you are self-driven there is no problem in negotiating more responsibility from team leads.

    • The employment possibilities are good, even though the promotion path is pretty difficult and there is a lot of internal compatition.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement 西瓜视频s/colleagues?

    • The social scene was perfect, NI does a great job of hiring people with a positive attitude, leading to great times both at work and outside of it.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • It's very exensive. about 拢500 of accommodation cost is to be expected.

    • One club in Newbury, good connections to Reading and London

    • There are some opportunities, especially the volunteering ones.
