The Role
I enjoyed learning new things about audit and about myself and where my career will go in the future.
I felt very valued by my colleagues as they supported me and always asked my opinion also.
My manager was very supportive and ensured that I was happy and doing well on jobs. He also made sure that I had work to do.
I wasn't too busy - enough to get through the day, but not too much that it seemed overwhelming
I was given plenty of responsibility - I would work independently and would also work with the client on my own.
I improved and learnt many skills that will help me to study for exams and also give me a head start when I start my graduate job.
The Company
Almost everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
It was organised very well, we were treated as a graduate. However, resourcing was a bit slow to put me onto jobs.
I was allowed to sit the same training exams as the rest of the graduates.
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Unfortunately I didn't pass all of the exams required to re-join as a graduate - however they provide other opportunities that I will consider applying for.
The Culture
My intake of placement 西瓜视频s and graduates were good friends and would spend time together when working and studying as we were together from the start and through all of our training which was great!
I lived at home which worked out perfectly. However I was commuting at least an hour each way which put fuel costs up for me.
I didn't go out in the nightlife and so I wouldn't know. Generally I heard good things, but most people went out in a different area nearby.
There were many social activities while I was there. Unfortunately most of them were in London and so too far for me to travel.
