  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I developed both technical and soft skills: as for the first I will be able to contextualize the theory from the books/classes much more and understand with a more practical approach. The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The athmosphere was truly one of the best aspects of my internship. The Zurich office is smaller compared to other Goldman Sachs' locations (100 employees overall). The company collaborative and inclusive culture, coupled with such small size, made the envrinoment truly cohesive and pleasurable.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • The summer internship program at GS is very well structured. During the first week the interns' schedule is full of learning sessions and classess. These range from excel modelling to presentations skills. Nevertheless, after a few weeks, the program also left time for the interns to work on real life project enabling them to have a responsibilities 矛 since the begginning.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The company really values its interns. This is indeed clear from the amount of resources you have. Since day one I had an unbelievable amount of development opportunities. RThese come not only to classess, but also from the availability of more senior employees to teach you new things.
