The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement, I was given the opportunity to work on a number of different projects that specifically targeted my development areas.
I was a valued resourced throughout my time on placement. I was able to work in a number of different areas and offer support, all my colleagues were understanding of my learning.
I was given a great deal of support throughout my placement. I had a graduate mentor, senior mentor, scheme leader and my manager. Regular catch ups were set up as well as progress reviews.
I was always busy on a daily basis throughout my placement but I still only worked the hours expected.
I was given my own projects to manage and complete within my placement that were implemented into the business.
I have a better idea of what career path I wish to follow after completing my placement. I was encouraged throughout to take part in as many training courses that I wished to do.
The Company
The office was a very friendly environment, every colleague was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help!
My placement was very well organised, as I rotated into different roles every few months, I was always aware of how long I was in an area and what the next steps were.
My personal development was focused on throughout, I agreed goals regularly with my manager to ensure focus.

The Culture
Community days took place throughout the year that gave all the placement 西瓜视频s to catch up as well as work on small projects together.
