The insight programme was very enlightening. I met amazing people in my class also employees passionate about their jobs and willing to teach.
I felt very valued by the firm.
Feedback was given freely and that was one thing that kept me going. I received a lot of feedback and tried to improve everyday.
I now ask a lot of questions which is very important. The networking events have also helped me develop networking skills which is essential in any field.

Very structured! I had to learn how to manage my time very fast.
